Is this slash and jab a fundraising strategy, pandering to major donors or favor of the White House?<br />
Congressman Pombo puffs out his chest and declares “Make no mistake Governor. It is not a question of <strong>if</strong> … it is a question of <strong>when</strong> [the use of bold type is Pombo's not mine].” The embarrassingly obvious Pombo is showing off.<br />
 It’s sad, Pombo’s constituents don’t gain anything, and California loses more then the energy that is gained from the offshore drilling. Is Pombo so smitten with the White House Administration that he does not see that he is hurting his constituents, California and his reelection? Congressman Pombo should be focused on retrofitting the levees that protect the 11th District not snuggling up to Florida’s Governor Jeb Bush.</p>]]>
